TOASA is not an ombud scheme, so we are not able to resolve consumer complaints.
Dispute resolution is the role of our members – their services are free, and there is no need to engage a lawyer when you lodge a complaint. If you have a complaint you want help with, contact the relevant Ombud scheme office to assist you. Visit the OUR MEMBERS page and click on the website links to learn more about the scope and jurisdiction of each of our members.
Alternatively, contact the Financial Ombudsman call centre on 0860 662 837 and they will direct you to the relevant ombud scheme office.
Advancing fairness through united action: A call to join the TOASA movement.
As part of their commitment to transparency and accountability, each TOASA member publishes an annual report in addition to other publications.
These consumer bodies are not necessarily ombud schemes; nor are they members of TOASA. They do however provide specialist consumer assistance and protection services and solutions.
